A NorthPark mall protest interrupted Black Friday Christmas shoppers in North Dallas yesterday by the Party for Socialism and Liberation.
The party called to “free Palestine” the same day a ceasefire had started in Israel.
Palestinians celebrated the ceasefire by lynching two members of their community in Gaza alleged to have collaborated with Israel.
NorthPark Center does have a Code of Conduct which states in part “Not staging any form of public event or protest…”
It is unclear why management allowed the protestors to continue. The mall regularly employs local law enforcement on an off duty basis.
NorthPark Mall Protest Part of Growing Antisemitism In North Texas
The Party for Socialism and Liberation conducted multiple protests at malls across America. NorthPark Center has a high concentration of Jews living in the immediate area.
Dallas ransomware data leaked to the dark web after a group called Play began releasing the five gigabytes stolen from Dallas County.
In October, Other Side Dallas reported Dallas County had its servers penetrated and data stolen in another Dallas ransomware attack.
The group Play initially said it would release data on November 3, but waited until November 7. It is not clear if this was meant to coincide with Election Day 2023.
Jenkins in a statement said Dallas officials were reviewing the released material. In a statement he said they are reviewing “claims” the material was stolen from Dallas County.
“We want to assure everyone that we are taking this matter seriously,” he said.
“Our top priority is the security and privacy of all individuals associated with Dallas County.”
However, when the incident first happened he waited nearly two weeks to inform employees about the breach.
Wernick files for 108 in a 2024 primary challenge to Morgan Meyer in the Park Cities/Preston Hollow district.
In a press release prior to Election Day 2023, Wernick cites Meyer’s connection to lobbyists and leftists. His announcement is below.
Wernick’s campaign site focuses on “liberty over tyranny”, “election integrity”, and “border security” among his top three listed issues. It is unclear if these are focal areas for voters in HD108.
Wernick previously ran for Dallas city council against Jaynie Schultz. That campaign was marred by doctored audio of his opponent.
Wernick Files For 108: How Does The “Other” Wernick Shape Race?
Another question in his bid for the 108th is his mother, Diane Benjamin.
In 2021, she claimed on Nextdoor someone decapitated a squirrel and placed it on her property. Benjamin was then credited with hurting Candy Evans’ campaign for city council after hijacking a meeting on public safety.
Benajamin has been active in GOP politics for decades, but it isn’t clear what role, if any, she will play on the campaign.

Stinky honey on Dak Prescott after yesterday’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles putting the Cowboys two and a half games back.
After a 43-20 win over the Los Angeles Rams, Jerry Jones was quoted saying he doesn’t want to “poke the bear.” The question related to the upcoming game against the Eagles.
Dak Prescott however responded to Jones comments saying, “pour honey on me.”

Stinky Honey on Dak
If the season ended today, the Cowboys would be in the third Wild Card slot.
The next four games are against the Giants, Panthers, Commanders, and Seahawks. The Eagles come to Dallas for a mid December matchup.
There is still no movement on a second NFL team in Dallas. The idea was proposed by Mayor Eric Johnson caused the Cowboys to throw a flag over the idea in 2022.
Arlington, Irving, Kennedale, and Mansfield all stated they would close. Grand Prairie ISD was forced to close when they could not secure enough substitutes for anticipated vacancies.
Meanwhile, Dallas ISD says Ba Humbug to the Texas Rangers first World Series win.
DISD Says No Rangers
It is unclear how many students will be absent any way, but a large part of Dallas ISD’s budget comes from attendance levels.
Michael Fagan, 30, pleads guilty in the April 2023 road rage incident where he shot at an ATF agent in East Dallas.
Fagan pleads guilty to one count of assaulting a federal officer using a deadly or dangerous weapon. The plea came before U.S. Magistrate Judge Irma Carrillo Ramirez on Tuesday, October 31.
On April 6, an ATF agent stopped at a red light at the intersection of Garland Road and Gaston Avenue in East Dallas.
The agent observed the SUV’s driver, identified as Mr. Fagan, inside the vehicle yelling and flailing his arms.
The ATF agent believed Fagan was having a medical emergency and asked if the driver was okay.
Mr. Fagan opened his driver-side door and began yelling “incoherently” at the agent. The agent instructed Mr. Fagan to get back in his vehicle.
Mr. Fagan re-entered his vehicle and retrieved a firearm. He then turned to face the agent holding a black semiautomatic pistol in his hand.
The agent ducked down below the dashboard and heard a gun fire.
The agent drew his weapon and fired three shots and hit Mr. Fagan once.
Mr. Fagan fled the scene and was later arrested after he was admitted to Baylor hospital.

Shilo Sanders not learning from past mistakes after a brutal hit where he leads with the crown of the helmet.
Some say Sanders plays the game of football with a throwback style. However, it’s a style increasingly at odds with the modern NCAA.
His play causes controversy, including on Saturday. Officials removed him from the contest for a hit on a UCLA Wide Receiver.
It was the tackle that used to be commonplace in football. Now viewed as a partial cause of CTE and other brain injuries.
Shilo Sanders Not Learning – Off Field Issues
Sanders has had off field violence issues too.
Sanders who assaulted a staff member at Focus Learning Academy – the successor to Prime Prep Academy – does it again.
A 2016 personal injury case has led to an eight figure legal judgement against Deion Sanders family including his son, Shilo, after an assault at the successor to Prime Prep Academy, Focus Learning Academy.
In September 2015, Darjean then an employee with Focus Learning Academy, was violently attacked by Shilo Sanders. Shilo is the son of Deion and Pilar Sanders.
The attack casued by the younger Sanders hospitalized Darjean for multiple days in the hospital and required siognificant medical care including spinal surgery.
The outburst by Shilo Sanders cost more than $115,000 in medical care at the time and per court documents made Darjean unable to maintain gainful employment due to permanent neurological injuries and damage to his cervical spine.
Deion Sanders had publically denied the allegations and accused Darjean of being a liar.
