Antisemitic Attack on Cara Mendelsohn

Antisemitic Attack on Cara Mendolsohn

An Antisemitic attack on Cara Mendelsohn and her home this weekend prompts a police investigation.

Spray-paint on the fence says “Baby Killer” along with red triangles. Red triangles can be a sign to denotate Hamas targets.

A pile of rocks, bricks and fake dead babies were outside the Mendelsohn home.

Antisemitic Attack on Cara Mendolsohn

In October, Dallas city council voted for a resolution expressing sympathy for Israel after the Hamas terrorists attack. It was the largest attack on Jews since World War II. IT was the equivalent of 30,000 American dead after September 11.

A strong Israeli military response came after the October 7 Massacre. That response has included unfortunate collateral civilian casualties.

To date, Hamas still maintains dozens of Americans and Israelis as hostages in Gaza.

Dallas Police are investigating the North Dallas incident. The Dallas Field Office of the FBI is referring questions to Dallas Police.

Mendelsohn References Super Bowl Ad

Mendelsohn tweeted a reference to the Super Bowl ad below in a social media post.

She said, “Super Bowl ad showing hateful graffiti at a Jewish home – Do you wonder if this really happens?”

She continues, “I’m a Jewish elected official in Dallas and yesterday my home was defaced…”

Antisemitic Attack on Cara Mendolsohn Just Another Reminder

Dallas is a hotbed of recent antisemitic attacks over the past several years. Those attacks are going unanswered by local police.

A few months ago, Hillcrest Nazis weere protesting a Jewish synagogue.

In 2022, someone did a literature drop of antisemitic flyers across several North Texas neighborhoods. Antisemitic slurs went without a response from police or the sanctioning organization at a youth baseball game.

In 2020 antisemites painted swastikas on Dallas city-owned parking garages.
