Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins seems flustered per insiders with the county.

Jenkins in a statement said Dallas officials were reviewing the released material. In a statement he said they are reviewing “claims” the material was stolen from Dallas County.

“Our top priority is the security and privacy of all individuals associated with Dallas County.”

However, when the incident first happened he waited nearly two weeks to inform employees about the breach.
