Brad Namdar responds to Texas Secretary of State saying he has “complied with all applicable Federal and State human trafficking laws and regulations.”
In Namdar’s letter to the Secretary of State he says, “No business funds have ever been expended for any purpose related to the commercial sex industry. Further, not only have no business resources been used in furtherance of (i) engagement in sexual conduct in violation of State or Federal law or (ii) Operation of any business as part of the commercial sex industry; but I also have no personal involvement with illegal sexual conduct or participation in the commercial sex industry. “

Earlier this week, Namdar went on the Mark Davis Show on 660 KSKY to deny the allegations, but could only attribute the allegations to “nefarious sources” associated with human trafficking rings.
Namdar was accused of soliciting an escort by The Dallas Morning News almost a week ago.
One GOP Precinct Chair though said this was “pay back.”
She continued, “Brad screwed up a lot of city council campaigns in the 2021 election and now he can eat what he cooks up.”
Namdar is known for his strident opinions on trafficking and he has made Comet Pizza style conspiracy statements about locations here in Dallas.
Why don’t y’all report on any of the other TX32 candidates who are DEMOCRATS, have actual criminal records, overwhelming litigation records, and other issues? Oh wait… y’all are just a leftist group & attacking a good young man and couple. Honestly, no one cares about this crap y’all are writing, and it’s just more evidence that the other candidates and people are REALLY actively going after the best shot to win.

This is interesting, how did you obtain his statement from the SOS without a Public Information Request or how do w know what his statement was? This smells like a dirty hit job that honestly ppl don’t care about his private life.
Many state agencies have Public Information Officers who respond to news organizations and personal inquiries. Since you are defensive about Brad, perhaps you could ask why he didn’t publicize his own response?
The fact that this guy still denied it all the while never asking to see the proof. Very simple, he won’t ask to see proof because it proves the story correct. I have actually seen it. It’s him
