Carillo was not supposed to be near the family. However, he lived next door to the family.

Court records show Carrillo was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He then posted his $50,000 bond.

Carillo’s case has been passed for more than two years and he was out on bond.

However, he was arrested again in October, but somehow managed to get out of jail again. He then skipped a court hearing – another reason for his bond to be revoked.
