White Protestors At Dealey Protected By Dallas Police

White Protestors At Dealey

White protestors at Dealey Montessori are being protected by Dallas Police Officers despite blocking walking paths of parents picking up their children and repeatedly wandering onto school property. Dallas Police are also not responding to calls for assault against children at Dealey.

Dealey had been COVID19 free until the mask mandate lifted and then it shot to seven cases once the protesting students were allowed to attend class unmasked. They have since been withdrawn.

Dealey Montessori has now had four protests this semester starting in September and again in October due to districtwide mask mandates. Prior to the second event, The Gents Place corporate blog asked which is more appropriate the AK47 or M16 in a blog post that seemed to threaten students and staff. The parent leading the protests at the time was the Chief Culture Officer for The Gents Place.

At the time, Adam McGough was the only member of Dallas City Council to request Dallas Police assistance. Requests to Gay Donnel Willis and Jaynie Schultz went unanswered.

More concerning now is the lack of response from Dallas ISD to parent concerns. Four separate families report Dealey Montessori staff and principal Beth Wing do not respond to calls, emails, and do not communicate in a timely manner about these events.

These familes say in addition to no answers from Beth Wing or Ryan Zysk, there is no communication at all and the district is shutting down conversation with the very people who support the school.

“Dallas ISD Board Services will not even allow speakers against the management of the school,” said another parent who continued, “they want emails, but then they do not respond.”

One parent noted she had found what appeared to be a recent threat on her son’s social media accounts about a shooting and their was no response from school staff.

“What is the use in a see something, say something policy if the people you say it to ignore you?,” the parent asked.

Wing also disappointed school families for her late cancellation of a school play that had run for years.

City Officials With Two Responses

The furstration is mounting though for parents.

Today’s protest included Lynn Strawn Daenport – a local education gadfly – who is known to be a QAnon afficionado. QAnon has been growing in local political power among Republicans. Earlier this year Gen. Mike Flynn suggested a coup at the Dallas Convention Center.

Davenport’s husband works for Dallas based Top Golf and a small group of parents are considering a counter protest at both The Gents Place and Top Golf to respond to what they describe as ongoing harassment.

“If they continue to harrass and threaten our children, we will hit them in the pocketbook,” said one parent.

While Dallas Police do not have time to deal with threats against children, local city officials are harrassing local homeowners over other First Amendment issues.

White Protestors At Dealey

White Protestors At Dealey Montessori v Black Protestors at Dealey Plaza

In a statement by Public Information Officer Melinda Gutierrez “the Dallas Police Department will not interfere with a lawful and peaceful assembly of any individuals or groups expressing their first amendment rights.”

She would not respond to follow up questions about why white COVID19 protestors are being handled so differently from black protestors during the George Floyd protest.

In the June 2020 protests officers injured numerous protestors leading to an After Action Report with a number of excuses, but no blame.

In addition to assaulting protestors, several bystanders were injured also.

Dallas Police have not stopped with the George Floyd protests. More recently a man was beaten by officer Melvin Williams in Deep Ellum, but their history of assaults against citizens is not new.

In the past year alone a DPD officer has been arrested for Family Violence Assault and another for sexual assault of a child. DPD sources are still not speaking about the family detained in their own home without cause.

School Vaccine Incentive Expanded

School Vaccine Incentive

Dallas Independent School District has expanded its school vaccine incentive to students age 5 – 11.

School Vaccine Incentive

A similar program for students 12 and older had a November 15 deadline.

School Vaccine Incentive Update

The new program move follows an earlier program that paid students age 12 – 17 for proof of vaccination status.

Per a Dallas schools website, high demand for the $50 incentive, paid through gift cards, along with shipping delays during the holiday season have created an unforeseen delay in the distribution of the vaccine incentive gift cards.

Those students who submitted documentation by the November 15 deadline will still get their incentive.

Dealey 7 New COVID 19 Cases

Dealey 7 New COVID 19 Cases

Data released by Dallas Independent School District tells the story. Dealey 7 new cases of COVID19 since dropping the mask mandate. The mandate dropped for two students out of several hundred.

The impact is being felt as several full classrooms are being required to quarantine. This comes after the reckless nature of one parent.

The parent is being enabled by both principal, Beth Wing and PTA President Alishia Salmon.

Dealey 7 New COVID 19 Cases
The DISD coronavirus dashboard shows five cases at Dealey. It does not reflect the seven cases listed in an email to parents.

Dallas County COVID19 numbers are falling. They are rising on the Dealey campus where mask mandates are now ignored.

Dealey 7

Officials expect the Dealey 7 numbers to rise after they surrendered on masks. The mandate has had almost 100% compliance.

In mid October there was a protest involving two dozen paid activists. That protest harrassed both staff and students as young as four.

Adults using bullhorns hurled accusations at kindergarten students over unfounded abuse claims. Officials did say protestors must stay on sidewalks, but did not maintain that zone. During the October protest parents reported protestors with firearms at school.

Dallas ISD Police and Dallas Police stated there were no arrests during protests.

Protest ring leader, Lauren Davis has not responded to many emails for comment. She is Chief Culture Officer for The Gents Place.

Despite protests, Davis’ children wear masks in other locations around Dallas. There is no record of her complaint anywhere other than Dallas ISD leading up to these events.

The Gents Place did post an ominous question earlier asking which was the better weapon: the AK47 or M16. Some have called it charged with an implicit threat to the school.

Dallas school officials have also declined to respond to emails. These emails from both parents and Other Side Dallas show the district in bunker mode.

Parents say the Dealey PTA leadership, particularly Alishia Salmon, enables the Davis complaint. She talks about “community” without taking any action to stop Ms. Davis for her role in protests.

COVID19 Returns To Dealey with Unmasked Students

COVID19 Returns to Dealey

COVID19 returns to Dealey Montessori magnet school in North Dallas with Dallas Independent School District allowing unmasked students to enter the classroom in violation of their own mask mandates.

Sources say that while COVID19 numbers are reported to be three cases on the Royal Lane campus, the real numbers may be twice that.

COVID19 Returns to Dealey

Dealey Montessori was the site of two dozen protestors harrassing children as young as four jutst two weeks ago causing the school to back down from its own health protection standard.

COVID19 Returns to Dealey

Lauren Davis, Chief Culture Owner and spouse of The Gents Place, was pushing for her children to be allowed in regular classrooms unmasked despite wearing masks in other parts of their lives.

The Davis family business Twitter account also had an ominous post about which is better: the AK47 or M16 two days prior to the protest in what some called a threat.

American Airlines Flight Attendant Assaulted

American Airlines Flight Attendant Assaulted

An American Airlines flight attendant assaulted on a flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York on its way to John Wayne Airport in Orange County was punched twice, forcing the aircraft to make an emergency landing in Denver.

American Airlines Flight Attendant Assaulted

A photo tweeted by a passenger shows the man who was arrested sitting inside the terminal at the airport in Denver. He is seen handcuffed and wearing a mask.

“We are outraged by the reports of what took place on board. Acts of violence against our team members are not tolerated by American Airlines. We are working with law enforcement to support our team member and pursue prosecution, and the individual involved in this incident will not be allowed to travel with us in the future,” American Airlines said in a statement.

“If you’re not prepared to wear a mask, you’re not prepared to fly, that’s the moral of the story,” said Mackenzie Rose, a passenger on the flight who tweeted the detainment photo.

This is another example of violence happening on American flights this year including this event earlier in the summer.

American Airlines Flight Attendant Assaulted

American Airlines Flight Attendant Assaulted – Mask Issues Continue

American Airlines has said it will abide by the federal requirement for passengers to wear masks over ruling Governor Abbott’s executive order prohibiting private mandates.

The issue is spilling over into other areas of life here in Dallas though.

Two weeks ago the owners of the Gents Place salon organized a child abuse at protest at Dealey Montessori arguing their children were being abused by Principal Beth Wing for the Dallas ISD mask mandate.

Those actions have led Dallas ISD to keep speakers off tonight’s Board of Trustees agenda.

Southwest Surrenders To Protests

Southwest Surrenders

Dallas’s Southwest surrenders to COVID19 protests and disregards the Biden Administration mandates for federal contractors to have employee compliance on mandatory COVID19 vaccinations.

Southwest Surrenders

The airlines has scrapped a plan to put unvaccinated employees on unpaid leave starting by a federal deadline in December. Those who have applied for but haven’t received a religious or medical exemption would be on this list.

American Airlines and Southwest Airlines are among the carriers that are federal contractors subject to a Biden administration requirement that employees be vaccinated against COVID19 by December 8.

Federal contracting rules are stricter than those expected for large companies, which will allow for regular Covid testing as an alterative to a vaccination.

Southwest Surrenders After Pledging For Mandate

Southwest Airlines is experiencing what one employee called a “schizophrenic episode.”

He continued, “they don’t know if they are coming or going. Last week they stood with American Airlines against Greg Abbott’s statewide executive order. Now they’re against Biden. There’s really no leadership.”

Adam McGough Acts On Dealey Fear

Dealey Fear

Adam McGough acted immediately this morning on Dealey fear of the planned protest by the Davis family.

Minutes after being texted by OSD, he responded “I have brought this concern to top DPD leadership.”

So far he is the only person to respond.

As reported earlier this morning, the Davis’ business tweeted earlier this week a message about choosing between an AK47 and M16 on a business account unrelated to hair salon services for men.

Dealey Fear

It is unclear why this guest post happened two days prior to their planned protest.

In am email, Dallas Police Deputy Chief Rick Watson states “This is the first I have heard about this information.” This counters a claim by DISD‘s Chief of School Leadership Tiffany Huitt that police would be on scene to maintain order.

Dealey Fear By Students

Since we published this morning an eighth grade parent emailed a screenshot from a cellphone parent monitoring app.

In the cellular text conversation – reported to be three Dealey students – one states “people are talking about them coming with weapons that wont happen right?”

The conversation’s participants are redacted for privacy per the parent source’s condition for publishing.

We will update if Dallas ISD or Dallas Police respond to us.

The Gents Place Culture?

The Gents Place Culture

The Gents Place Culture Officer Lauren Davis did not respond to a question about why the company Twitter account asked about a preference between an AK-47 and an M-16 rifle on their social media accounts while she is planning a protest at Dealey Montessori on Thursday, October 14.

The Gents Place Culture

The post above comes as Ms. Davis has escalated a private feud with Dallas Independent School District over their mask mandate to the point of organizing a prayer rally in front of the school and now a protest.

Her two Dealey students had previously disrupted classroom time in September.

The Gents Place Culture or School Threat?

Two parents asked late last night said that these images do not fit with a hair salon.

The Gents Place Culture Officer Lauren Davis Masked With Masked Child

“The question of firearms with everything else going on makes it appear they are intimidating the school,” said one. “This post comes out and 24 hours later DISD gives in to their insane demands all so she can get donations to help her struggling business.”

Dallas ISD did not inform parents that the students would be allowed to return to class via email or written communication. Many parents expressed shock and frustration that what had been a communal environment is being town apart by The Gents Place culture officer, and rumored potential candidate, who wears a mask in the Gents Place salon and while at church activites.

The Gents Place Culture Officer Lauren Davis Masked

It is unclear why she objects to her students wearing masks at Dealey Montessori. We have confirmed her high school student complies with the district mask mandate at Hillcrest High School without objection or disruption.

No word on how Dallas ISD will respond.

Unmasked At Dealey

Unmasked At Dealey

Two students will attend classes unmasked at Dealey Montessori starting Thursday, October 14 per multiple reports from Dallas ISD Central Office staff and school teachers who told students to prepare for their classmates return.

They are reportedly doing this under the auspices of a physician note, but both students have been photographed in other venues recently masked – at church and volunteer events.

Additionally, the protest organizer is reportedly going to be in Austin testifying before the state legislature about social media and its influence on children.

Unmasked At Dealey

One parent has described Lauren Davis as Shelley Luther 2.0.

Other Side Dallas is planning a full post on Lauren Davis, the salon culture officer, for Dallas based The Gents Place. At least one source noted this entire operation is to raise enough noise to create a fundraising mechanism to keep her business afloat.

Lauren Davis is reported to have instructed her children attending Dealey Montessori to protest the mask mandate and resulting accomodations. Her older son, a sophomore at Hillcrest High School complies with the mask mandate there.

Ms. Davis has previously organized a group to walk around the school saying prayers, but most recently organized a protest scheduled for tomorrow, October 14, to accuse the school of child abuse for forcing masks.

Unmasked At Dealey – Uninformed At Home

Parents were caught unaware when no notification came home with students and no email was transmitted to parents alerting them of the difference.

One parent noted, “Apparently the administration will officially send out a communication tomorrow but it’s pretty much been confirmed.”

Earlier this summer Superintendent Michael Hinojosa had stated Dallas ISD would not comply with the Governor’s mask mandate prohibition. One teacher noted out of 160,000 students, nineteen protested that decision initially. The number now is only two. They both attend Dealey.

In addition to the problems noted, the Davis children have also recorded a teacher in a Gay Straight Alliance meeting that the teacher sponsors. This is considered a Level II disciplinary matter, but it is not clear Dallas ISD has taken any disciplinary action against the family for the repeated disruptions or threats to safety via their attempts to be unmasked at Dealey.

American Airlines Reminded Governor Abbott Who Is In Charge

American Airlines Reminded Governor Abbott

On Tuesday, American Airlines reminded Governor Abbott who is in charge of flights saying they would comply with President Biden’s executuve order requiring flight crew personnel to be vaccinated for COVID19 by a December 8 deadline.

They were joined by Southwest Airlines.

American Airlines Reminded Governor Abbott

The two Texas-based carriers said the federal order supersedes a reverse mandate by Republican Governor Greg Abbott barring vaccine mandates by any entity, including private employers.

American said while it was reviewing Abbott’s executive order, “this does not change anything” for the company.

Southwest says it “would be expected to comply with the President’s Order to remain compliant as a federal contractor.”

Both carriers have asked U.S.-based employees to submit proof of vaccination by November 24 to be compliant by the December deadline.

Biden issued his executive order during the height of the pandemic last month as his administration struggled to control disease spread.

The executive order covers all federal contractors.

While supporters of vaccine mandates see them as necessary to pull the country out of the nearly two-year-old pandemic, critics including Texas Senator Ted Cruz are calling them unconstitutional and authoritarian.

In his executive order, Abbott said the Biden administration was “bullying” many private entities into imposing vaccine mandates, causing workforce disruptions.

Southwest cancelled over two thousand flights over the weekend in what some are describing as “freedom flu.” It is not clear if employees are participating in blue days, but a pilot union representative blamed the cancellations on a brittle scheduling system stuck in the past.

American Airlines Reminded Governor Abbott

The Southwest pilots union is seeking to stop Southwest vaccine mandates saying they should not be imposed under collective bargaining rules.

American Airlines Reminded Governor Abbott, But Does He Listen?

Earlier this summer, Greg Abbott tested positive for COVID19 hours after attending an in person fundraising event in McKinney maskless.

He was treated with expensive monoclonal antibodies and has since recovered, but it isn’t clear he learned the lesson of preventative healthcare that vaccinations and masks offer.
